Postage/Collection and Handling

1) Normal mail will be charged at:
S$0.50 for 4 items and below
S$0.80 for 5 to 9 items
S$1.00 for 10 items and above
(Only Applicable for Hair Accessories)

2) Registered mail will be charged at:
S$2.25 in addition to the normal mail rate

3) Self Collect at Ang Mo Kio Avenue 10, Ang Mo Kio MRT, Yio Chu Kang MRT or Bishan MRT before 6pm. Exact timing or location may be arranged.

*Please be assured that all items will be packaged with great care to ensure that the quality of it will not be affected when they reach you.

Return, Exchange & Other Policies

All products sold are NOT refundable. In the case of defects found after recieving the items(which is highly impossible as I would have triple checked before mailing it out :), you may exchange the item for a similar or lower priced item. An exchange of the items will be made via normal mail. Please take a picture of the item to show the defect and email it to me within 3 days of receipt. Any defects caused by the recipient will not be taken into consideration.

Please take note that the colour of the actual item may differ due to the lighting during picture taking. I shall not be held responsible should any dispute occur.

I shall not be held responsible for any mail lost during delivery process. Registered mail is highly recommended!
